Our Return Policy
No Return of Artwork, Sales is Final in Most Cases
Due to fraud and duplication prevention, and sensitivity of our artwork we do not accept return or exchange of artwork in general in artistforartists.com except where expressly permitted by the artist and/or where we mistakenly ship you a wrong artwork in which case we will be glad to replace it with the desired work or refund your money.
If work is collected through direct contact with the artist; please contact the artist/seller directly as we cannot interfere or deal with this situation. However you may give us a feedback to maintain the integrity of our site.
Collected Artwork from Artistforartists.com maybe relisted for sale or trade in our site for higher price than your initially acquired price. However, we cannot guarantee relist, sale or trade of the work, and we are not able to refund your initial payment including shipping cost of the collected artwork and do not interfere between you as collector (seller) and interested party.
Please be cautious and use your discretion prior to collecting artwork and/or trading in our site. Only collect work you really like and love.

Here is the simple process for relisting artwork you collected from Artistforartists.com:

Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, if it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered. You will receive an email (if one provided) when the artist receives your return.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please call us at +1-647-977-1293 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Cancellations
Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be cancelled prior to the artist shipping the work. Please email us at return@artistforartists.com or call us toll free at +1-647-977-1293 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
